Si vous n'êtes pas satisfait du produit il faudra nous adresser un mail de réclamation pour demander un remboursement. Nous prenons en charge le retour de votre produit. Réclamation 14 jours maximum après la réception du colis. Le produit en question doit être remis soigneusement dans son emballage d'origine sans avoir été utilisé. Seuls les produits non utilisés et remis dans leurs emballage d'origine seront remboursés.

What are the shipping times for your products?
We take 1-2 days to process your order and 1 to 3 days to deliver it to you in metropolitan France. The shipping time varies depending on your location. For delivery in Europe & abroad, allow 2 to 6 more days. Anyway, you receive your order very quickly.

Yes, absolutely. We deliver worldwide without exception. Delivery charges may apply depending on your location.
Where do we ship your product?
Our offices are located not far from Cannes on the French Riviera (Côte d'Azur) in France. Our warehouses are located in Valbonne near Cannes (06) & abroad, in Europe (Great Britain), in Asia (China & Singapore).
Do you provide tracking / tracking information for the product?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order has shipped containing your tracking information. Tracking can also be done directly on the Ma Vahiné site in the "Parcel tracking" section. All stages of the delivery process will be communicated to you by mail & / or by phone if you have chosen this option. You can also contact us if you have questions about the tracking of orders.
Missing some items from my order, what's going on?
Our products can be shipped separately according to your order. For example, if it contains items from two different warehouses, there will be two deliveries. However, we favor bulk orders, it is rare to have to deal with this situation. Indeed, 95% of the orders are sent at one time. You are still informed of the progress of each article regarding delivery.
I received a damaged item. What can I do?
We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us an image of the damaged item in question to the email address: email@example.com and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.

We are located in Sophia Antipolis, 10 minutes from Cannes (06) in the south of France.
Where are the Ma Vahiné products made and made?
Ma Vahiné products are drawn on the Côte d'Azur, land of inspiration & birth of Ma Vahiné. They are then manufactured in Europe & Asia. We chose Asia for the luxurious Asian cotton that we can find, perfect for large & thick round beach towels. Regarding other products, the bags are Italian, dresses & jewelry are Thai.
I still have not received my order. What takes so much time?
Sometimes international shipping may take longer than expected due to customs clearance. You can trace your order and see where it is at any time. Is it possible to modify my order?
You have one hour after purchasing to cancel your order. We pack your order very quickly which means that we can not make changes once it has been confirmed, after one hour. Unfortunately, we can not change the delivery option, delivery address or method chosen for payment.
I am not satisfied with my purchase, can I claim a refund?
If you are not satisfied with the product, you will have to send us a complaint email to request a refund. We take care of the return of your product. Complaint 14 days maximum after the receipt of the parcel. The product in question must be returned carefully in its original packaging without having been used. Only unused products returned in their original packaging will be refunded.
